I have been involved in the Etsy community for some time and things were just not working for me... I needed some help, I joined numerous teams but was not making the headway I wanted until I found the Promotional Frenzy Team.
The Promotional Frenzy Team is a team that requires you to participate!!!
Here is their ad on their home page: SERIOUS BUSINESS OWNERS WANTED! The 1st week or two on the team will require a little more work initially so that you can get everything set up. (joining social networks, setting up blogs, following teammates etc.)

THIS TEAM IS FOR THOSE WILLING TO PUT TIME INTO THEIR ETSY SHOP. Parcticipation is required. For those that are serious about growing a business.
I love this team so much and have been working so hard with it that I was asked to be a Team Leader.... I accepted and know it will be a lot of work but the benefits to me and my shop are worth it. So far my sales have increased, the traffic to my shop has increased and my photos for sure are much better. This is all thanks to the great tips and support I have been getting from the team.
